SANDY COVE BEACH

Elliston contains one of Newfoundland's most beautiful sandy beaches. This beach boasts a freshwater brook with bridge, a refreshment stand and nearby camping facilities. ELLISTON MUNICIPAL PARK

Elliston Municipal Park is in a beautiful setting is just across the from Sandy Cove Beach. The park offers serviced and unserviced lots. It is also a great place to pitch a tent for the night. Bird Island Inn B&B is an excellent sport to take a break from “ruffing it” and a chance to clean up. The park is also the site of the Bird Island Puffin Festival held during the third week of July each year..
