Charlotte and Robin Ritman hosts of Bird Island Inn B&B discovered Ellistons local beauty while taking a early spring Sunday afternoon drive with family and friends. “It seemed to us that the vacant Tilley house was waiting for guests to visit while it stood majestic along the shoreline”.

The Ritmans moved to Newfoundland in 2003 and Bird Island Inn opened it’s doors in July of 2004. Since our first year in operation we have hosted many guests and encourage you to read our previous guests comments. We strive to offer Newfoundland hospitality at it’s finest and plan to make your stay both relaxing and comfortable.
